-Create a clinical question using the PICO format
-Use sub-headings to orient and familiarize reader
-include purpose statement at the end of introduction
-Use 6 articles related to topic (has to be a level 1, 2, or 3 (ex: meta analysis of randomized controlled trails (RTC), well-design RTC, individual cohort studies)
-include a policy or procedure that is used in healthcare practice for topic
-reference needs to be within 5 years
-References should be typed into the table I provide (see attachment)
